You can make payments, check your credits balance, schedule lessons, and cancel lessons you can't attend, all from our Members App. Follow the link below to get started!
We operate on a token/credit system. Here's how it works:
First - Purchase the number of credits you would like, from either our Pay-as-you-go option, or for the greatest savings sign-up to a rolling monthly membership to top up your credits balance each month.
Next - Schedule classes you would like to attend. The cost of each class is shown within the class details.
Then - Check-in when you arrive at the pool on our iPad using your 4-digit code, or search for your name on the class register and hit Check-In.
Can't make it to a class you're scheduled to attend? Not a problem, give us 24-hours notice and you won't loose your credit/s for that class.
The cost for each lesson is listed in the class details section from the booking timetable.
Typically 1 group class costs 1 credit.
Absolutely! Give us 14-days notice before your next payment is due and we can cancel your rolling monthly membership for you.
Planning on going away or taking a break? Not a problem, reach out and we can pause your membership so you don't loose your existing credits.
Moving away & have unused credits? Credits are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase, we can't refund them but you can gift them to a friend. Reach out with their membership details and we'll happily arrange this for you. Credits can only be transferred once, so be sure to pick your bestie!
