Aqua Natal classes are specialist pregnancy swimming sessions designed to support your body and wellbeing during every stage of pregnancy.

Held in our luxurious, candlelit private pool just outside Bristol, these calm, welcoming classes combine gentle stretching, deep relaxation, and the therapeutic power of water.

From 14 weeks onwards, you’re welcome to join - no matter your swimming experience or fitness level.
Whether you are easing tension, connecting with your changing body, or simply carving out time to breathe, this is your moment of calm.

Why Aqua Natal?

Pregnancy brings change - to your body, your energy, your sense of rhythm.

Aqua Natal is a gentle form of pregnancy exercise, performed in warm water. These classes support physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing throughout pregnancy - without impact or pressure.

The water’s natural buoyancy supports your bump and joints, relieving aches while helping you stay active and relaxed.

Our classes include:

  • You don’t need to be a confident swimmer - you’re always in safe hands.

    The Space

    Our private pool is maintained at 32°C - warmer than most - to ensure total comfort. The pool hall is softly lit, with underwater glow and backlit stone panels, creating an atmosphere that feels more like a sanctuary than a swim class.

    Before each session, we prepare the poolside with candlelight and calming music by Icelandic wellness composer Fridrik Karlsson, helping you gently shift into a restorative headspace.

    You'll also find:

    • Ample visitor parking just a short walk away
    • Accessibility parking directly outside the entrance
    • Quiet reception area with hot drinks machine
    • Clean, modern facilities
    • Two spacious changing rooms both with a shower
    • Hairdryer and baby changing

    What Makes These Classes Different

    These sessions are more than just pregnancy swimming.

    With dimmed lights, soft music, and candlelit surroundings, we’ve designed an atmosphere that feels like a retreat. Our instructor brings years of experience supporting adults, babies, and expectant mothers through aquatic wellbeing.

    Pricing & Booking

    You can join Aqua Natal via:

  • Pay-as-you-go: £25 per session
  • Monthly membership: £75/month includes 4 group class credits
  • When baby arrives, you can pause your membership to save unused credits for baby group classes at a later date.

  • All bookings are made online, through our live calendar. You can reserve up to 45 days in advance.

    Class Details

  • Tuesdays at 7:45pm
  • 45 minutes per session
  • Join at any stage from 14 weeks onward
  • Come as often as you like - no set blocks or terms
  • Small class sizes to protect space, calm, and privacy

  • We offer a free taster class to all new customers - no exclusions. Try a full 45-minute session on us to see how you feel, with no obligation to continue.

    Bookings can be made up to 45days in advance.
